Guided Tours
The place of pilgrimage is freely accessible to the faithful, groups of pilgrims and individual visitors. Groups of tourists and participants in a trip or a package tour organised by travel agencies are allowed to visit Svatá Hora only with a guide of Svatá Hora.
The guided tour of Svatá Hora starts in front of the Museum of Pilgrimage, and 
includes the cloister with chapels, the Stairs of Svatá Hora, the Chapel of St Mary Magdalene decorated with artificial stalactites, passes the Stations of the Cross situated in the nearby park, turns to the Square of Svatá Hora, and finishes in the basilica dedicated to the Assumption of Our Lady.
The entrance into the Museum of Pilgrimage offering an exhibition connected with Svatá Hora is included in the price of the guided tour as well.
The guided tour lasts approximately 50 minutes.
The guided tours are available in Czech, German, English, Italian and Russian.
Regarding a guided tour in a foreign language and a guided tour for a bigger group of tourists, it is necessary to book the guided tour per post, per fax, per e-mail or filling this form in.
Opening times:
April - May: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (the last guided tour starts at 3 p.m.)
June - August: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (the last guided tour starts at 4 p.m.)
September - October: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (the last guided tour starts at 3 p.m.)
In other months a guided tour is subject to a prior arrangement.
As Svatá Hora is a lively place of pilgrimage, the visit to the basilica is not allowed during the Masses, even within the guided tour. The group has to await the end of the Mass.
Especially on Sundays, the offer of the guided tours might be limited due to the Masses.

children (6 - 16 years), students, pensioners: CZK 80
Guided tour in Czech:
adults: CZK 70
children (6 - 16 years), students, pensioners: CZK 50
family price: CZK 190
children less than 6 years: free

NEW! Guided tour with a concert
It is possible to order a guided tour with a short concert in the basilica following the guided tour. The new choir organ is being played. The guided tour is subject to a prior arrangement, and is recommended especially for groups consisting of at least 10 persons.
Price of a guided tour with a concert:
in a foreign language: CZK 200
in Czech: CZK 140
A half of the funds gained from the guided tours with the concert is being donated to the building of a new organ for the organ gallery in the basilica.
In the Museum of Pilgrimage there is a shop selling diverse objects of pilgrimage.
